This wine is made from 100% Merlot, this early grape variety, swept by the wind and the spray of the Mediterranean Sea. It is a round and unctuous wine, with aromas of red fruits and dried prunes. It will go perfectly with grilled white meat, good charcuterie, such as a terrine from Provence. It will also be perfect with fatty fish, such as grilled salmon.
