Between Toulon and Saint Tropez, it is in the heart of the Massif des Maures. Not far from the Massif de l&#8217;Est\u00e9rel on one side, and the creeks of Marseille and Cassis on the other.<\/p>\n<p>Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea since the 12th century, this village is full of narrow streets, &#8220;alleys&#8221; and typical stone squares, which mingle with the colorful facades of village houses.<\/p>\n<p>You will come across many monuments along the way. In particular the emblematic castle of the Lords of Fos, which has dominated the village since the 14th century. There is also the Saint Trophyme Church, of Romanesque inspiration dating from the 18th century. The Cigalou Park with its many pines and cedars, the Saint Francois Garden, with its subtropical plants.<\/p>\n<p>And the highlight of the show, Parc Gonzalez, labeled \u201cRemarkable Garden\u201d by the Ministry of Culture. Located on an area of \u200b\u200bapproximately 3000m2, this public park is a garden with Australian vegetation, with a collection of acacias, eucalyptus, and other exceptional species.<\/p>\n<p>A craft village, the vaults house small workshops and art shops, which you can discover as you stroll through the village&#8217;s alleys.
