Find out more about the Caveau deï Bormani and its cooperative operation, but also about its long history in vine cultivation and wine production.
Created in 1925, the cooperative cellar of Bormes is an emblematic institution of this small Provençal village. With almost 1 century of existence, the know-how has been passed on from generation to generation in order to produce exceptional wines.
Our cooperative cellar of Bormes les mimosas is ideally located in one of the sunniest regions of France, the Var. This makes it an ideal place for growing vines and producing wine.
The cooperative represents about twenty winegrowers from the Var region, all the cultivated land covers nearly 70 ha of vines in AOP IGP. The members of the cooperative pool their grapes and their know-how to produce a quality wine.
On the occasion of its big move, starting around 2008, the cooperative cellar of Bormes began a major phase of modernization which has never stopped since.
